White- 1998 Pontiac Trans AM
97 parts onto a 98 Trans am?
So i had a 94 and a 97 in the past that i've ordered parts for. In particular right now im talking about rotors and brakes. I'm wondering if these will fit onto my 98 successfully. I only wonder because the the engine model changes after 97...and idk if any body parts changed.
Thanks!
Stupid question i know but i didnt wanna go out there working and getting the car on jacks if i wasnt prpared.Last edited by UC Warrior 1; 07-26-2012 at 01:40 PM.

ive heard of people swapping over to LT1 brakes to fit inside 15" wheels for the rear. But youd have to do rotor, caliper, pads. Ive never tried myself so im not sure if this actually works or not

LT1 brakes are completely different from LS1 brakes. You need to swap the entire spindle, caliper, and rotor. The hubs are the same.
