Just a Trans Am some guy put WS6 wheels and some aftermarket badges on. The whole thing is bullshit.

Actually there a re a few things missing to be a WS-6

He has the wheels and motor, but all of the V-8s had the motor.

He is missing the suspension upgrades, air box, and the most expensive part the hood. Now if he had all that you would have a slang termed Trans Am that is coind a WS-7 (WS-9 that was converted to a WS-6).

The WS9 RPO is the Formula RPO.

A company named their hood a WS9 as well....basicly mixed the WS6 hood with the Firehawk heat extractors.

Luos.... I can not for the life of me figure out why the guy I bought my car from took off the WS6 stickers off the hood?

Aint that strange?? All the RPO codes are there. Its a 1999 TA WS6. I think its strange.

The "Last of the Breed" badges were offered by Pontiac dealerships for the 2002 model year. You can still buy them through the company that made them for Pontiac. They look nice IMO.

The WS9 code is basically a V8 Firebird (Formula), which all TA's start out life as. If your Firebird came with a V8 from the factory, it's a WS9.

So...not all bullshit. More like misleading.

Yeah..a novelty item that you buy at the dealership. Not a "package". The way the ad is worded is misleading for sure. It souds more like a marketing scheme to target the uneducated buyer.

But ya know...that WS6 exhaust is so...much better than the "regular" TA exhaust. Thats why all the WS6 owners keep it.
