1997 Firebird Formula- what's my upgrade path?

I'd like to keep it simple- not looking to open the engine up- only bolt ons/ tuning. I'd like to raise the power and am thinking headers and exhaust- maybe intake work. What else would you suggest?

Well if you dont want to take apart the motor then yes your are limited to drivetrain mods and bolt ons, headers, pulleys, exhaust, CAI and nos if you want some real power.

upgrade path: sell car, buy 2002 Yellow CETA

honestly, you have allready made some good decisions...my buddy has a 95 z28 and after headers/Y/Catback and some port-n-polish work on the MAF/TB plus a tune, that car had no problem wasting an SLP 02 SS

the key is to let the engine breathe and tune it!
