    02' hurst shifter

    My shifter shaft rotates. At first I thought it was the knob. I assume the vulcanized rubber has let loose on the shaft causing it to rotate. Which way should the notch in the shaft face?

    Towards the front, you could just get the WS6store short stick and get rid of the problem and better feel of the shifter for $25
