I believe that is Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

@ idle the rpm is at 8 or 900

Check for vacuum leak. Cracked hoses, missing hoses, etc.

Yes, that's usually the first hose to go, just replace it with a hose of the same length and you will be fine, then see of it clears the issue.
