What will me 1999 Z28 run?

Aright I have a 1999 Z28 with 25000 miles on it and would like to know what I will run in the 1/4 mile. I have done no mods to it and it has the performance axle package from the factory. People are telling me 13.7 If I am lucky. Thanks Oh ya its hugger orange and im sure that will give it some too.

Around 13.5. It all depends on your driving. Now get to modding

As high As 13.9 and as low as 12.9.

As far as mods I know a guy that will sell me a never used ss exhaust for my z28 but the problem is I do not know how to install them because factory exhaust were welded onto the mulfer. I think I will have to cut the pipe and put a clamp on it. Any way what I was going to ask is, will the ss exhaust give me noticible porformance or am I just wasteing my time?
One more thing, Will manualy shifting down the track do anything for me? I have a a4

nope no performance gain, waste of time and money it will sound better but, go with SLP LM or Magnaflow, Corsa, etc,....as for the manual shifting, just leave it in overdrive.

I would say 13.30s to 40s in good weather

always remember if you try to manually shift an a4 your losing time.. the stock computer is damn near perfect... it always takes the gear as far as it should go.. as for times.. 13.7 is about right its all in the launch right there... and why go ss when you can drop a few hundred now and save your self the pain and suffering of puttin a not so great exhaust in.. that you will ultimately change like the rest of us!
