    what are full bolt-ons?

    i was wondering what exact mods make it full bolt-ons? I've have seen people say that they have full bolt-ons but dont say what mods. Just curious.

    Like stated above by c5z28, anything you can "bolt on" without going into the engine itself.

    While I and others don't, some consider heads (and associated valve train) a bolt on as it doesn't involve the short block.

    I would say it could even go as far as ram air, throttle body, clutch/stall, gears and even rockers. But yeah as long as it's still the stock cam and heads you would be considered bolt-on or stock internal.

    probably not since you usually need a blower cam,heads, and xmsn mods to support it. But like 67Camaro stated, some people consider those things bolt-ons anyway.

    Bolt ons

    I would consider anything that you don't have to modify your car to get it on. Like welding or cutting stuff off or making special parts to make it work. "Bolt on" means you can take your typical hand tools and put it on your car.

    That being said, I wouldn't say I have just bolt ons my car even though they pretty much are. I would consider it more of the mild stuff, lid, MAF, throttle body, headers, cat back.
