    What do u think my z will dyno at????

    Ok...i have a 99 z28 on an ls6 block,midcompression,Magic Stick V.3 237/242 .603/.609" ,stage 3 ls6 heads,dual tatinum springs and retainers,adjustable rockers,pacesetter long tube headers and y pipe with a 3 inch cut out, hooker exaust, slp air lid, ported mass air, 82mm tb, 3000k stall,ls6 intake,slp underdrive pully,ngk plugs and msd wires....it has all the free mods done to it like fulf opening of the holes under the lid,descreening of mass air, foam removed from under the car...what do you guys think i will dyno at after tuneing...i cant of want an idea of what im getting myself into...thanks guys

    It's not really, stalls eat more hp through the drivetrain but more than make up for it at the track. Thats why it's not a good idea to get caught up with dyno #s for a stalled car. As mentioned above, thats easily an 11 second car. Stalls are an automatic's best friend imo.

    An aftermarket stall convertor eats about 20-30 RWHP on the automatics. On the other hand, they reduce your ET's by half a second or so and keep you in the power band. So on the dyno, a stall does kill the autos but more than makes up for itself where it counts, at the track.

    by the way do u guys think i made a good ideawith goeing with 114 lobe seperation or should have used a 112??

    Were you wanting to keep good streetability, or were you wanting every ounce of power for the track?

    Then you made the right decision. The 114 is good for what u want but still gets you the power you want. IMO tho theres nothing better than that rough idle you would get with a lower lsa like 112, makes it sound like a pure drag car.
