well this is my sons 88 camaro i bought it for 1800 bucks with 32000 org miles on it had slight damage on the front left fender and bumper so i replaced them and had it painted 91 gm som and slapped some old school wheels on it.this car came out when i was 18 so im kinda living thru his eyes he takes good care of it and his insurance is 60 bucks a month! so what do you guy's think?

My first car was a 3rd generation, nothing compared to my 2002, but it was a fun car nevertheless, and it is probably a good thing as a teenager I did not have a LS1

wow what a steal. i sold my 92 rs for $1200 andit was spray painted, had body damage, slightly worn tires, burned lots of oil, had 140k miles on it, really leaky ttops, no muffler....

is this a v6 model camaro or is it the 305?

its a 305 tbi and the wheels were $350.00 and great for keeping down brake dust. ill put more pics up later.

yea the kids really like his car, i cant think of what to do to make it any faster with out having to do any major work. i want to leave the tall gears in for gas milege he will be taking it to college next yr. i have a 03 ss monte carlo and i just barely inch him out on the highway. so it does ok for what it is.

Very nice 3rd gen. Really like the paint color and rims. Full length headers and exhaust would get some hp, but like everyone's said, that's not too important right now. It's likely a much better car than most of us ever had at 16.

I have an 86 thats the same color, but with keystone klassics on it, and its a 2.8 5 speed. 48,000 original miles, the car is beautiful. Always been a fan of that color.
