    well, heres what im doing....

some parts i have, most i dont. heres the plan of action....

give me any and all info, questions, concerns, i dont care.

    2000 z28 6 speed

    engine:

    • either the TSP 228R or the Torquer v.2 (i dont want anything more than 230-232 duration, and 232 is pushing it) oh and on a 113 l.s.a.
    • comp 918 springs
    • hardened pushrods
    • all accessories blah blah blah
    • ls2 timing chain
    • ls6 oil pump
    • port and polished 241 heads (maybe alittle later than the rest of this)
    • ls6 intake
    • longtubes (jet hot or pacesetter coated)
    • x pipe
    • dual bullets dumped at the axle
    • TUNE

    drivetrain:

    • some kind of twin disc clutch or maybe the ls7
    • either ls2 or fidanza lightweight flywheel
    • ford 9 inch
    • 4.10s or 4.11s
    • 33 spline axles

    suspension:

    • sub frame connectors
    • bmr torque arm
    • bmr adjustable panhardt bar
    • undecided on springs**
    • later on: a tubular k member. and lest i forget to mention lca's.

obviously ive left a few things out like battery relocation and brakes and blah blah but this is the basic plan. let the gun shots ring forth.....

go with the Torquer V2, it will put you even more over the 400rwhp mark and drivability will be fine...

    everything else looks good...

Looks alot like the list I just finished up only I also added 42# injectors and a Racetronix Fuel pump and harness oh and teh spray . And mine is an auto which cost a bit to rebuild plus the stall (that $ was originally planned for the heads) and I went MS3. Other than those minor changes looks like you will be doing what I have been the last 2 months.

I can tell ya even untuned and without the pump, injectors, and nitrous on the car yet (too busy with other peoples cars ) it is pure everytime I drive it. Cammed TD car will turn heads all over the place as well. Nice list have fun. It will definately feel like another car when you start with the big mods, Mine definately has.

ha ha i was hoping you'd come lobbying for the torquer since we talked about it so in depth a few months back!!!

the big cam game just doesnt appeal to me which is why the torquer 2 would be the absolute biggest cam i would run. its all about the combo after all...

Dunno most manuals with my combo put down like in the 420's whp, however I'm an auto and have a 3600 stall so I don't see my numbers going over 400 N/A and probably close to 500 on a 150 shot. It's already a completely different animal. Haven't run it at the track but most estimates based on weight (1sc ) and hp is mid to high 11's N/A on slicks and mid to high 10's on spray. Dunno will find out when its all done and the weather cools down a bit. Goal one right now is to get booted from track for not having a cage
