Yeah I agree with you that they sound good but I had no idea what I was looking at in that first video...lol

I wish you had one of some revs...I don't understand why everyone hates on the Flowmasters so much? I think they sound better than almost any other setup I have yet to hear on an LS1 car. I have a Borla adjustable catback and at light throttle cruise and at WOT it sounds good IMHO, but ANYWHERE in between, it sounds like shit...Like an old pickup truck with glasspacks or something...

I did some small revs in the second video, but I'll get a better video up. it was late and I have an elderly woman next door, couldn't get too loud.

don't mind me...I didn't give the 2nd video enough time the first go round...lol.
Sounds nice. I think since so many people like the Borla, I'll see if someone wants to swap me a brand new Flowmaster setup for this Borla setup.

people say that you lose like, 2 hp by getting a flowmaster, but eh, I like the sound. I can give up a couple horsepower for the sound I want. it's pretty much the same as putting an additional 20 pounds on the car. haha

I put mine up in the Classifieds...Going to get the same setup you have. I can't take that gurgle any longer. Thought I was getting used to it, but guess I'm not...lol.

I bought a 80s series muffler and went to an exhaust guy my family goes to. I told him I wanted some 3" tips that would go back far so you couldn't see any welds. he happened to have exactly what I wanted, and made it all custom for $230 including the muffler. I love the way they look.
