    trouble code p0650

    i just went to get my front passenger blinker replaced
    right after the guy replaced it i got in my car and my speedometer diometer
    rmp meter and radio all didn't work i got it trouble shooted and it threw
    the code p0650 Malfuction Indicator control circuit malfunction
    anyone ever heard of this, and how serious is this i thank you for your responses
