Is it a guaranteed entry? Even if it was that's some change and the shit they are going to put that car through is heartbraking.

If your car is NOT a numbers matching car, than I would do it. You can find parts for it. If it is all original and all your #'s match, then NOWAY!!!
Good luck in what ever you do. Plus you do have a nice car.

What about the "real" Bullrun, not the TV show. It's an actual road rally with no BS challenges. The TV show one destroys those cars.

If you have the money and don't mind spending it for a chance to will 200K not a bad idea. But me no way in hell.
Nice looking car. I know you don't want to end up like the Evo, or Dart.

The 20 grand entry fee is for the actual road rally. The TV show has no entry fee, but they have to select you from a loooooooong list of waiting candidates. And no, i would not do BullRun with that car. Build a nice cheap 70-73 454 or 396 car, turbo or supercharge it, put a huge damn fuel cell in the trunk, and go for it. But not a pristine 67. No way no how.
FOR SALE 2000 Z28 M6
It's pretty much Raw Awesome

and no, if that were my car, I would not put it in that stupid tv show.
200,000 dollars prize
approx. 50% to uncle sam
2 people per car and say you split it 50/50
minus all damages you do to your ride,
your looking at getting back 20 to 30 thousand dollars (approx) just enough to cover your original costs, only to make some tv exec hundreds of thousands.

I've already done the cross country trip a few times (6 times to be exact) in the old cars and loved it. To us it's much more fun and relaxing. Especially jumping off on Route 66 and seeing the old towns, with mom and pop stores, good food etc...If you are the least bit nostalgic and love driving your classic cars then it's a must do before you die. It's just plain cool.
No way I'd spend 20K for a road ralley, the bull run show never interested me either. I just enjoy driving them around with a few dragstrip adventures mixed in.

I stand corrected. after searching the actual Bullrun site, it would appear that they choose the people for the show from the members of the actual Bullrun road rally, therefore it looks like you do need 20 grand just to get in the running to be on the show. Fuck that. Who pays to be on reality TV.
