thinking of trading my ss in for a terminator

My car is stock and this term is stock also. It is red and basically has the same mileage as my ss around 55,000 miles. I'm just on the fence. Help before I go over to the dark side.

Is the trade straight up? I'm partial to my ss but if i was going to get a late model mustang an 03/04 cobra would be on the short list.

Keep the SS, stay strong my friend. The "Terminator" doesn't have any appeal to me, granted its super quick, but I think its pathetic Ford always has to blow an engine just to keep up or beat a GM. Just my opinion, but I would rather have an ss any day of the week over a cobra.

Don't go to the dark side Luke...

I would trade in a heart beat if there is nothing wrong with it, a terminator is the only ford vehicle I would buy

    No contest... Term...

I would trade my Vette for a Term... If you havent driven an the cobra... do so... that will answer any questions you might have about the trade.

i was looking into getting an camaro supercharged and it is more like 8-9k not 4k. so with that said if you want speed, go with the terminator.as far as looks, the camaro in my opinion will always look better than those year mustangs, they all look the same.
    i would get the terminator.JMO

Like somebody else said..depends on the terms of the trade. If you're paying enough to go to the term, use that money for mods and be faster than that stock term! If straight across.. it sounds like a good deal. At that point, it's just your preference. I'd stay with the SS though, I like them better.

SS all the way dude, yea if you want a supercharger it's like 8 or 9k, but you don't need a supercharger on your SS to beat a term. Duh! If you do go with the term, never come back to chevy you traitor!

uhhh you can get a used supercharger for a hell of a lot cheaper than that.... maybe not 4... but i do know a guy that put one on for 5200... thats a good price... and you dont have to do any mods... you can slap it on a bone stock ls.. but who gives a shit.... were talking a ford over a gm.... wow wtf....

    here are the actual facts.

unless you go crazy with a build, you could always have more power for less money with the terminator. thats a FACT. its a factory supercharged car with a forged bottom end and countless options for big power.

having said that, its a no brainer for me because an ss camaro is the epitome of a good looking car. a healthy heads and cam combo with a dialed in suspension and decent gears and the sky is the limit. staying n/a would be nice and torque would be plentiful. you could also build any number of strokers and have alot of power. and as far as on the street and weekend strip cars, i think you wouldnt have a problem with the terminators.

dont be fooled. as far as quality, they are probably on par with each other. comfort, looks, and feeling is all subjective, but neither absolutely stand out in all categories; they each have their benefits.

if you are really attached to your ss, build it. if not, trade it and see what happens.

    good luck.
