supercharged gt vs camaro ss

one of my buddys got A 2000 mustang gt 5speed with 4.11, intake headers back and about to supercharge it (also has a 50 shot or noz but dont work ?) im running america racing headers and a lid A4 do you think i can take him ???

might be a good time and getting a stall and gears for you...but it should be a somewhat of a close race depending on how he can drive

i miight not be the best to ask since i have a m6 but most go no lower then 3200 and then rule of thumb is a4 go with 3.73 and m6 go with 4.11 but there are people with an a4 on here going with 4.11 and then love it..just depends on what you want your car as.DD or weekend warrior

i have LT, lid, 3.73's, 3600 stall and i beat a 2002 gt that had full bolt ons, cam's, supercharger, and nitrous, at a 1/8 miles drag strip

i am not sure, a friend of mine has a 03 cobra that is pulled and tuned, i have been trying to get him to race me at the track, he put down 444rwhp

I ran a 00' supercharged GT at the track.I had lid and flowmaster at the time and whooped his ASS 3times. they were close races, but I whooped him by 3/4 of a car.

I have a buddy with a 01 GT with cams, intake, short throw, underdrive pulleys, longtubes, x-pipe, flowmasters dumped, and 3.73's. I usually pull him by at least 4 cars at 100 mph. I'm still pullin' him over 100 mph but usually run out of road.

Check out my thread in the kills section....similar situation for me. I have a few more mods and put a little space on a GT with cams + supercharger running 7#. If you're running at the track, it's going to come down to the launch. Get a good launch and hope he bogs or spins and you should edge him out. All in all, expect a very close race.
