1998 ss hard top hugger orange stripes to be white. But I wont to do something diffrent like put ss in the strip or something?? The car is being paint mon. All the cuting in is done. All thats left is main body and stripes.

My 2000 SS has a factory stripe that I've only seen on one other SS and I would like to replace it but cant find anyone that sells it. It's a single stripe that looks like a regular insert in front of the ram air but extends past the hood onto the front clip. It also covers the ram scoop back to the windshield. It has a 1/4 inch pin stripe that goes around the entire stripe. This one stripe is also on my trunk and rear spoiler including the 1/4 inch pin stripe. Anyone know where I can get one of these?

lvgoldie, thats not it but it is the general scheme, but mine is smaller. I need to get a camera and post a pic.

I wouldn't have had the stripes go all the way down to the grille if you weren't going to continue them below it.

Those look really good. Painting is the way to go for hood stripes, less sun damage then vinyl. Mine are vinyl.....cheaper for me

I wouldnt be dumb enough to street race down a busy street where I could run the risk of killing innocent people. That has got to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen. You and your buddy deserve to get caught. Would if one of you would have lost control and went into oncoming traffic. You guys need to grow up and think about the consiquences if you injured or killed somebody. You can come back and retaliate on me if you want on here but I will guarantee you most people on this forum are gonna side with me about this.
