SS owners, true or untrue?

I found this to be a *strange* combination and called SLP on this.
SLP has identified this SS as a early-on special LS6 build which is identified with a bullseye looking stamp on the door sticker.
Some of the early 2001 SS's that were special builds also came with full-on SLP modifications more than that on the SLP build list and have the special 400+ HP plaques on the motor as well as on the console.
Also, some of these builds came sans electric windows and AC.
From time to time you see these on Ebay and even the owners don't know this.
You do not see these *mods* on any other year SS except 2001.
This is because this is the first year for LS6 design for the SS.
I made the following mods: SLP CAI, NGK Iridium plugs set at .40. Taylor .5 ohm plug wires, 160 degree, 3.73 Motive Performance Gears, 2700 TCI Stall, HPPT 3 program .. oh and optima redtop. I have a set of race shaved Kuhmos to about 3-4 / 32 in addition to stock Kumho ASX.
I was clocked at 159 MPH at Langly NASCAR Speedway which is a shorttrack.
So eat my sh*it bitch and pay up.2000 nhra edition formula

If its the langley speedway I think it is then there is no way. That is a really short track. Its about 1/4 mile shortrack. No way he is hiting 159 mph when most 9 sec street cars have a hard time doing that in a strait line. Also consider he has a stall converter which will futher hurt him top end and get him alot looser in the corners. Stall converters like that are not really made for road corse or circle track racing.

The Auburn was an option from 98-02.
There is no way in hell that any Camaro came from the factory with an LS6 motor. Same did come with the LS6 block. This quys on crack. Gm quality would have never passed the car when it got back to the plant form SLP..
