is this SS over priced?

Im looking at this 2000 SS. Its a 6spd with leather t-tops etc...
It has 36k miles on it with the folowing mods.... Car looks and sounds spotless

PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L heads
MS3 Cam 237/242 .603/.609 112 LSA
TSP Chromemoly 7.40 push rods
FAST 36 LB Injectors
TSP Ported LS6 oil pump
LS2 Timing chain
FAST LSX Intake Manifold
PTM 90mm Throttle body
LS7 Lifters
SLP 85mm Mass Air Flow sensor
SLP Cold Air Induction Kit
Hooker Super Competition Headers Ceramic Coated
TSP True Dual Exhaust with Dynomax bullet mufflers
Hurst Short Throw Shifter
Taylor Plug Wires
It has been dyno tuned to 454 rear wheel horsepower and 404 torque.
He is asking 15300 for it. It is a good price?

Try for 14700 but for the work done and the power it sounds good if its perfect

Doesn't sound like a bad deal for a really nice low mi SS with some really nice mods. Pretty good numbers too. Does it have a rear or still running the stock 10 bolt?

I'm at 400rwhp and my stock clutch is garbage. If the clutch has been upgraded as well as the rear end...hopefully.... then I would say take that deal and RUN!! Sounds like a solid car for the mileage and price!
