Black- 2002 Camaro SS M6
Sold my '02 SLP SS
Well, i sold my 2002 Camaro SLP SS last week.
I actually did not feel all that good after i sold it. but hey, it was a good deal for me and so away she went.
It was a 2002 Camaro SS
-6 spd
- SLP package
- Black exterior
- CME
- black leather interior
- chrome Z06 wheels
the car sold for $21,000 CAD
But it is a damn hard car to replace if i ever want to buy another one. Especially up here in canada, it took me approx 1 month to find my car when i was looking to buy it. and it was a damn sweet car, nothing beats f-bodies.Last edited by Insert; 10-06-2008 at 08:35 AM. Reason: typo

Come down here to the states to find a cheap one. Hell people are selling there decent cars for less than 10,000 here in California. If you weren't short on money Corvettes go for less than 20,000 down here, hell I have seen c5 z06's from private sellers go for as low as 21,000 and a high average of 24,000.
p.s funny they are hard to find up in Canada considering the camaro factory was located up there.

Not a bad price! What's next in line for you?
2002 Camaro SS M6, 2.5 PRC 5.3L heads, TFS 228/230 cam, FAST 92, bolt ons + a 10 lb bottle in the back.
1989 Corvette L98, A4, Full bolt ons, etc.

So long, we hardly knew ye!
Agreed with the C5! They are getting cheaper and cheaper around here. A guy came in my dealer and wanted to trade straight up for my Camaro, but his was a 98 with 65k miles, mine an 02 with 43k miles.... not worth it to me, IMO. Try to find an 02 or 03 vette... they are a dime a dozen now.

vettes up here are approx same price range as well. its the camaros and trans ams that are holding their value really well. there are not a lot of them up here and they are going up in price. i bought for $16,500 and sold for $21,000 and i was $2000 cheaper than any other 2002 SS on the market in the area, so it was a decent deal.
a vette is definitely on the list of cars to look at now.
As for the factory being located up here, it is damn funny. the factory was located approx 1 hour from my house. But most of these cars went straight to the states, barely any were left up here. mine was imported from California by original buyer, and i got it off him. so i was driving a car with a speedometer in miles and all the signs were in km, it was annoying to have to look at the little numbers to see how fast i was going.Last edited by Insert; 10-07-2008 at 04:01 PM.
