should i rebuild the tranny i have go get a newone
the tranny i have will not shift into 3rd or 4th gear and 1st gear is sluggish, and when i put it in drive or reverse, there is a clacking noise, i dont know whether i should try to rebuild it or get a monster tranny 4l65e ss for $2500, i know the new one would be a great tranny but i dont have the cash for it yet and i really want my car running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for any advice

your going to spend as much to rebuild it just call performabuilt, art carr or tci i got an art carr and it is great.
