red or som

hi all

i am going to paint my car becuse i got the new front clip(front bumper,hood....etc) and i have to paint the car and the parts

should i keep it red and go for the fire red

or should i do the som color

its on the rpo code sticker on the drivers side door. i cant remember which one, but i needed it to get my hood painted last week. i will find out though.

my wifes ss is som and its a nice color, but my dad has a atomic orange vette and its better imop.

Keep it close to the stock color. I vote red (or fire red) whatever you call it.

Unless you have a load of cash to pay for a quality complete paint job. Lot's of work for another color.

I do have to agree. I did a color change from red to blue and never got it all done, and it always bugged the hell out of me.

For the price of a GOOD paint job to switch out the color right, you might as well throw a down payment on a SOM.

Good Choice! I mean really like SOM but Red is a damn sexy color, put that on a LS1 car and you have a fine looking beast. There is just something about that color that just makes people turn their heads and just look.
