    Question Real SS?

    im thinkin about purchasing a 2001 camaro ss.. is there anyway to tell if it is an authentic ss? or mite it be a z28 conversion ...i looked at the carfax history report and it came under z28 im thinkin that all ss would come under z28 is this true?
