Question about the 1999 mystic Z28's

I'm thinking about getting a 1999 MT Z28 auto from a guy. Wanted to see if anyone knew if they were a rare car that year. Car is pretty clean with no mods besides a shift kit and a 40 series crapmaster muffler. Has t-tops and a clean cloth interior. Has 98 thousand miles on it and I can get it for 6,000 dollars. If anyone has any info on this color of car please let me know and also tell me what you think about the price.

I've got that color... It's def an eye catcher.. I always get asked about "custom paint" and what-not...

Shows that there were 1,482 Mystic Teals built in 1999... And 2,355 built in 1998... So that's only 3,937 total on the late 4th gens... Pretty rare color I'd think... I know mines the only one around here

Edit Note: The rarity of the color wont affect the price to much considering its a Z28 and not an SS... Still a cool thing to have tho!

Best part about the paint is it pretty much changes colors... Its bright green under bright sunlight... gets a bit of deep purple under florescent lights (such as at a gas station)... hints of blues... darker greens appear... Its sweet.

Price seems pretty good actually... Considering the car is in good condition... I picked mine up for 10.5k with 47,000 miles fully loaded (chrome wheels, 12 disc, t-tops, leather, power everything, automatic tranny, etc, etc...)... And i think the only thing you don't have is leather, correct?
