production numbers

is there any way that i can determine how many cars out there are similar to mine?

here are my stats...

42,098 total camaro's

8,742 black
7,308 6 speed manual
6,298 Y3F appearance package
17,393 LS1
10,783 dark gray leather
22,930 t-tops
34,698 stock dealer ordered car
29,808 federal emissions standards
27,257 monsoon cd player

anybody care to check me or tell me if i'm right or wrong here but this is what i have and as far as i got...

7,308 6 speed cars
minus
3,012 SS 6 speed cars
equals
4,296 Z28 6 speed cars

4,296 x 15% (Y3F appearance package) = 644.4 (644 cars)

4,296 x 20.8% (black) = 893.568 (893 cars)

so now i don't know how to get the number of converging black and Y3F cars...or if it's possible (i suck at math)...but near as i can tell my camaro is 1 of 644 at minimum.

i checked the site's info against california camaro source or whatever that one site is and they had a number wrong. the number of Y3F cars was 6,298 not 2,928.

with yours being an SS you should be able to obtain a birth certificate from SLP.

but not all ss camaros came with the slp pkg...right

i was pretty sure, but i could be wrong, that all SS cars were SLP step ups. they were sent to SLP to have the package put on...hood, spoiler, and the few other odds n ends.

mine has a sticker in the door jam that says that slp worked on my car..they put it over the stock ones..

Not every SS is an SLP SS.

i know u can tell by the door jam or call SLP...i thank the slp ss camaros got the cat-back rims and tires floor mats and a few other things..in the door jam it tells u..
