    Pics

Here are some pics I made in a program called SolidWorks. Just thought I'd share. I like to use them for desktop backgrounds, or whatever. They're based on the decals in the appearance section. I have some of a firbird emblem too....

Are those computer generated or could you really produce them? Either way they look good.

What do you mean produce? There are emblems in the appearance section that I mimicked, so I can't really produce them. They are computer generated.

Thats some good work with SolidWorks. I've learned some but not that much. I'm more into CAM software. I've made some interesting things with Feature Cam. I'll post a pic later of my '97 camaro fully machined.

BTW, What do you do to work with SolidWorks?

I'm in school for Mechanical Engineering. I graduate this fall. It's been 4.5 years of hell, but well worth it. I'm not that great at SolidWorks yet, but I'm working an internship right now where I use it everyday so I'm getting better at it. I know I'll be using it for life now because just about every engineering place uses some sort of 3-D solid modeling program. I know for a fact that MSD uses it for their stuff.

Everywhere says they are discontinued. The only thing they have are the ones with the specs. I just want one that says camaro ss and thats all. Any other ideas or does anybody have a nice one they would sell? Thanks a lot!

As soon as I saw solid works I knew you were in engineering in some way. I'm in school for mechanical engineering too! I'm taking a break because I, work, and engineering don't mix. My girl is graduating this December and I'm going to tech school for Automotive Technology for a year to learn how to do whatever I want on a car. After that my girl says she'll support us and let me concentrate on school and that way I'll get out. Tough shit!

    Nice job on the badge!
