    performance parts

    ok i got a 98 z28...i just put her away for the winter and im leaving in march for the marines...now its time to drop some money on her..any suggestions on performance parts?

    depends on how much your looking to spend but cold air intake headers and exhaust is always a good start

    I would build the car for the power first. By that, I mean build the suspension and the rearend. The factory 10 bolt is weak and won't usually hold up to much HP. Upgrade the rear and get the suspension ready for the HP you are gonna throw at it. Sub frame connectors would be the first thing I would do.

    i would take care of the rear end, some sub frame connectors, suspension and tires first. then i would go with a 3000-3500 rpm stall. I was recommended the trickflow 515 package. I would look into that too. If you're in evergreen park. I would check out straight line performance in New Lenox. Ive seen some good work come outta there.
