Paint behind billet grill?.......
I bought an eBay billet grill and plan to paint the bumper behind it flat black. My question is where do I mask off to paint black? Pictures would be greatly appreciated as well as advice. I'll be punting the grill black, so maybe I can just leave the bumper behind it red? Decisions decisions......

I would not paint your bumper area black and just paint the billet grill. It is recommended that the billet grill be powdercoated as it is more durable than paint. You may have to paint the grill more than once and do a lot of touch ups as this area get a lot of stone chips.

Paint it. Make sure that you mask on the outside of the bottom three tab indents though. I thought I did well enough, but didn't. So, I'll have to redo it
You can see where I need to lower the tape under the indents. It looks better blacked out imo. At least on white cars. I think it wouldn't matter much on black or blue though. But, I think it would look better on Red.
See, doesn't look right without the paint...
