    Is this normal?

Does anybody else have this problem? When the HVAC system is off, I still get hot air that blows out from the heater vents.

It feels like the fan is on the second setting. It is set to cold. I was just wondering if I had a vent stuck open or something.

Basically yeh. Of course you have to turn the vent selector on a setting then it runs at whatever you set it to. It's not quite warm enough yet to turn the A/C on but now that I think of it that was a problem last summer on low cool. You could still feel hot air blowing in from somewhere along with cold from the AC.

i'd say a bad switch is your best bet (easy to test, easy to replace), and it's sending signal when it's in the off position. i'd take panel apart and play with switch before i did anything else.
