    Newbie.. Interior lights stay on

    Hi, new to the forum. 02 Z-28. Put a new battery in, door locks cycled a couple of times while tightening the neg cable, now interior lights won't go off????? Help!!

    Are the buttons for the maplights on the rearview mirror depressed (no, not sad ) or extended. They're located on the bottom of the mirror. They need to be pushed in (depressed) for the lights to be turned off. Also, you can program a delay into how long the interior lights remain on. Check the owners manual.
