just bought a 2002 ss T-Top with 65k full exhuast (long tubes), slp lid, smooth bellows and 8.5mm wires, ngk iridium plugs, 3.73 gears and its and a4 any horsepower guesses for me...... i would appreciate it

kinda wondering about the lt1 lights and the z28 spoiler, maybe its been in a small fender bender by a truck, cracking the lights and the spoiler, with some good body work it would be nearly invisible to the untrained eye,

does it have the wu8 rpo code? what gm cert are you talking about? the slp birth certificate?

nice car non the less, just dont wanna see someone get misinformed about a car they bought.

my buddy isnt the first owner so maybe it has been in a fender bender, i know it has been repainted because the paint was cracking..... also it does have the slp birth cert..... i appreciate the input though

Wait...2002 SS with roughly 65k on the clock and you only paid $5800.00. This smells fishy to me. Are you sure it wansn't involved in a wreck cause like stated above the spoiler and lights should not be the ones to come with car. Did you run a carfax history report, have the car inpected before buying it. I don't mean to scare you or anything, I think the car looks great. Either you got one hell of a bargain or you got ripped off.

i appreciate the advise but my buddy bought it in 04 and he has treated it well but now he is going through a divorce and doesnt want her to get it so he sold it to me for what he owed on it. the way he sees it, if it goes to me he will still get to drive it every once and awhile plus il take good care of it

Hrmm.... No badging, Z spoiler, LT1 tail lights. A good deal is great to come by, but not at the price of being misinformed. Find someone who can run the VIN and find out just what you have man.

So that's how you got a bargain for it. Good deal I'll say, but the mystery still remains about the lights and spoiler.
