Yes. I raced an 07 GT with my car in sig. He got the jump and I caught him and smoked him. However I know a guy with an 05 or 06 GT with 3.73 gears, 3000 stall, headers, and exhaust and he got me, but that was when I had my 2.73 gears and street tires. So they can be made into quick cars.

you should win man... I raced one with that had just about every bolton you can throw on it and I missed 3rd and still beat em,

i ran on 1 in the freeway, but then all i had was a 1 chamber flow, and i think dude had more exhaust work, beat him by about 2 cars? funny thing is the cute girl in the passanger seat was the 1 that started the whole racing thing by looking at me and at my car laughing, then the end result was her not even looking as i let them pass by

I was 6/10ths quicker and 7-8 mph faster in the quarter against an '07 Mustang GT. At the time, my only mods were a lid, catback and SFC's.

You should easily beat him, I've got videos of me beating an 06gt on my YouTube page, he had 4.11s, cat back, jlt intake and a tuner and I was close to a second faster in the quarter
