Black- 2002 SS Camaro
Are you going to be going into any of the suspension to get into the 12's I think with your upgrades all you really need to get into the 12's in SFC's, relocation brackets, wider softer tires, and some different mounts. Or you can go the easy way and cam it lol

I know i brought this question up but either people thought i was arguing with them or they just stopped responding but i am still looking for the answers maybe you can help... well mods are in my sig.... but really, wouldnt wider/softer tires inturn slow me down if i dont have a single issue with traction?
what do relocation brackets do at stock height suspension?
what mounts do you think will lower my times?(i have poly motor mounts and tried the poly trans mount but the trans mount felt that it threw off my DS angles)SLP lid w/K&N Filter, Free-Mods, LT-Headers, ORY-Pipe, V-Force Muffler, Frost Tune, AIR/EGR Delete, SFCs, Ported TB

If you currently have no traction issues (which to me seams hard to believe), getting different tires, or relocation brackets for your LCA's wouldn't provide much help.
Add more power Then, you'll have traction issues and then you'll need relocation brackets for the LCA's and different tires

really if you watched that video at the top the tires dont even chirp at the track.... i have BFG G-force sports 255/50/16s and they hold great with my stock 3.23 gears...
I know when i get the money for my stall it will be a must for new tires but when i launch i can only get up to 1400-1500rpm before the breaks cant hold anymore!

as advice. i would go for some suspension parts first..
and the motor after mods.. in my case i started with the exterior, now im suspension, im not doing the whole car on suspension only
adj panhard bar
adj lower control arm
Lca relo brackets
sfcs
strano lowering springs
bilstein shocks
after that im getting LTs and sl6 intake... and future plans 408 or 402 depending on how much money i can get, but for sure a 383 if i cant do more..
i just need to get another engine to build it up

How firm are your shifts?
Of course I am a M6, but with street tires I would roast the tires on the street shifting into second AND third at WOT after I got my suspension upgrades listed in my sig. It was after that I got Nitto Drag Radials and even now in warmer weather with FI, I hook out of 1st with 4.11 gears.
The best bang for your buck is a stall, hands down. That will drop your ET by a good 1/2 second in the quarter. Just be sure to get a tranny cooler.
I personally went with all suspension/drive-train upgrades first, then power.Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

shifts are firm on the streets back home it chirps second and here in lima it burns through second but on the track it doesnt even chirp on the launch.... im planning stall with coolera(possibly wheels and tires at the same time), then adj rear suspension, my 408 build which consist of engine and transmission, then probably the 12bolt with 4.11s(i know this should before the engine i just wont race it ftill then
