Iphone dyno

So theres one called dynoliscious thats supposed to be pretty badass, but my room mate downloaded the free one, just to try it out.

you only get to choose 3 weight classes, which with like, compact, sedan, and something huge. but it got pretty close. it put my at an 8 second 0-60 and 170hp.

I could put down better numbers but i really didnt feel the need to push my car that hard just to play with an iphone. especially the 0-60, i didnt try to launch or anything, it just senses when you start rolling.

anyway, it was nifty, you guys ought to try it out if you get the chance

i've heard about it, its in the ballpark but by no means accurate, it uses the accelerometer in the iPhone

i think the expensive one(~$12) is pretty accurate, ive seen screen shots of it showing power curves and stuff.

ive tried it before with my ipod touch, seem to work well, i've yet to comapare the results to an actual dyno run tho...
