    99 SS Vert M6

I think this is good deal. Do You?

I've been looking for a used 02 or 03 Z06. Really hard to find a decent deal. Nobody wants to negotiate much. So I see this 02 Collectors Edition SS M6 T-tops with 17k on the clock. Just sittin in front of a Kroeger Store with a for sale sign. Later, I call the number and talk to the guy. He and his wife bought it new because they used to have a 67 rs they dated in. Anyways, she doesn't drive it much and prefers her Tahoe and he's got a work truck. He wants $24k for it. I hinted that I'm around $21,500. He says he'll think on it. It's been for sale for 7 months. It has the 345hp pkg and center exhaust. It has a car cover and mats that were never used. I know it sounds like a good deal but if he can't sell it for seven months is it really?

Correction. By Collectors Edition I mean a 35th Aniversary red with silver stripes.

I think 24 is to much. Thats how much they were askin for my car at the dealer and I got them down to 21500. And mine had slp options.

Yeah but shouldn't a 35th aniversary striped one be worth more?

well kinda up to you. I personally dont think stripes and rims are worth the extra cash but they look nice.

    24 is too much.

Build numbers located at http://www.camaroz28.com/articles/02...rs/index.shtml suggest that the red special editions number are higher than any other color/combination. Plus, I think the red ones don't look as good as the solid color cars of the same year with all the stickers and shit (no offense to those of you who have/like that look).

If you want to get a gauge on how much 02 ss's are going for, watch ebay for a few weeks.

    Good luck.

No further discussion on this thread needed. The guy never called me back and I'm not that much into it either. I'm working on something else now.
