I have a raddle!!

I have a 02 z28 that has been lowered and now I have a rattle coming out of the front end when i hit a bump in the road i can feel it in the floor board. Also I can hit a bump on one side and make it on the side that I hit and the same goes for the other or both. Ive looked under the car when i had it up on a lift and looked and saw nothing bent loose or anything. maybe someone can help me. Thanks!

if you have a rattle check all frt end componetnts for loose bolts/nuts
did it start when you lowered it, or after?
fairly simple frt end. let us know

It started after we lowered it maybe about a 1 month after. i checked the struts and they are new had to replace them during the lowering of the car. and i checked the steering rack and its ok.

make sure you dont have a snapped stab link.
check ball joints, tie rods and hubs for wear.
unless you got a bad strut... it happens

Perhaps the strut mount? It's kind of a loud popping noise more than a rattle, but hey, somewhere to check right...

Yeah that sounds about right! like i said it does it every time i hit a bump in the road. ive even tried to push on the car and it doesnt do it.

Well I happen to like the cam very much! It is pretty mild and after I do my heads and intake, I'll probably get a bigger one. But for now, it is great!
