I have to pic a SS
I was looking at a 2000 camaro SS with a 150000 miles on it for $10,500.00 but the guy back out on me. Then I found a stock 2002 SS with 47,000 miles on it just looked worn out. But, I can get the car for $13,000 after TT&L. Then I came across another 2002 SS with 23,000 miles that is already modded and has 425rwhp for $20,000 which is in great shape. What should I do? Which one should I go for??

I sorta feel the same way but the guy that has the modded one owns his own performance shop and is known for hooking up LT1's and LS1's. He also has a few older Camaros. All together he has about 16 Camaros in his shop. The fastest one he has is a 1969 with a big block that runs high 7's in the quarter!! He has never raced this car, never even really ran it hard so he says. But would you say that $20,000 is to much?

If its done right it can take some abuse and with only 23000 its a pretty good bet that there's life left in her. Test drive it and take it to a mechanic if its in good shape already having mods can save you a fortune in the long run (put you ahead of the game).
