I got the 9068 mile 00 Z28!!!!!! I put it through the shop at work today, and they could find NOTHING wrong with it. You could have eaten off the underside of this car!!!!! I will post better pics of it tomorrow!!!!!!!

congrats on your new ride. its going to be tough driving in winter. im in trumbull ct my 02 ss le 345hp only comes out on nice days 9k miles also. is yours a daily driver

Nope, this is my summer toy. I have a Subaru Forester for the lovely new england winter.

I sold it because I spun a rod bearing, and the engine rebuild the way I would have wanted it was 7 grand, plus other work needed totaled 10 easy. I paid four for the car 2 yrs ago at 163, have over 5 in it, and blew it at 172. I got the 9k car (9090 on bill of sale) for 11 with around 4k in mods already done to it. The way I figure it, 10+ on my car with 9 already invested would be stupid. Plus nothing I could do would wind the clock back. I now have an almost new 00 with some options I really wanted (steering wheel audio controls) and mods I would have done anyway (slp flowpack, slp lontubes, catted 3 inch y-pipe, loudmouth, jet performance cpu, hurst short throw, slp maf, smooth bellows, ultra z hood opened up for functional ram air, zenon body kit painted to match, chrome 17's, new tires, carbon fibre kick panels, and Im not yet sure what else, but i belive its been lowered 1-2 inches) for way less than it would have cost me.

Im thinking a cutout, and a 150 shot/tune. Oh, and I sold the old one before I bought the new one. Just had to wait for the delivery service to come get it.

Thats why I have a set of 3:73 in the box a buddy is hooking me up with. Its a motive set. Just waiting until I need them. They were destined for my 99, but we know how that ended. But I also dont plan on really beating on this one. Its in such nice shape Im just going to enjoy it for a while.
