Click 'Post Reply'
Towards the bottom of the page you will see a button 'Manage Attachments'
Click that and a new window will open.
Select the pics and upload them.

try not to get the m really... really big they will take a while to upload and dont fit the screen right. get a photo bucket account. its free and easy to use.
