How Can I Find Codes For Check Engine!!!
Hi, well after all 2 years of rough racing with my camaro now the time has come that my car is starting giving problems 3 different sign appears in 3 days
1 day check engin
2 day radiator sign but when i open the cap of radiator water was ok on its natural level
3 day check gages and same day rpm is dancing like michecl jakson and when i give full accelerator the car was going on same speed like itS on 40 km after a 5 sec accelerator it move till 50 at the most and suddenly check engine sign appears
All i want to know how can i get the codes is there's any way i can do it at home by buying any tool or i have to go for computer testing!!!
NOTE:I THINK ALL THIS PROBLEM START RIGHT AFTER THAT DAY WHEN I INSTALLED A EXTRA HORN ITS LIKE 12 DIFFERENT SOUNDS IN 1 HORN AND I ALSO HAVE AN ANTIQUE HORN THT WAS INSTALLED A YEAR BACK IS IT COZ OF THIS ?

Responded to your other post about obtaining codes. As far as the low coolant light being on - if you're not overheating and the level in the radiator is fine it's probably just the sensor. They're known to go bad all the time. It's a few inches down on the passenger side of the radiator below the cap, you can take it out and try to clean it, replace it, or just disconnect the connector and the light will stay off. Check gauges means one of them was reading too high or too low - when it comes on you need to look at all of them. Sure you're not overheating? That can cause the check gauges light, along with low fuel, low/high voltage, etc. Also the low coolant level light just shows up on the dash, not necessarily code related. Don't think the horn has anything to do with it, try disconnecting it temporarily. Hope this helps...

Don't know if they have them in the UAE? I should've suggested other outlets though - good point.
