Gas mileage
So what are you guys getting street and Hwy?
With about 65k miles on my 02 6spd, my mileage just about tanked. I have in the past on long drives get about 390-400MPG a tank with is about 28 MPG but my street is horrible 150 miles a tank, est. 11-12 MPG. Living within 3 miles from work, school and GF, I don’t drive very far and I haven’t been hot rodding around town. I do keep up in maintenances as well, changed the fuel filter about ever 20k, as well as oil and plugs. My mods are in my sig.(2002 SS 6spd) SLP lid & scoop,NX wet kit & maf, NGK-TR6,160',MSD,Kooks LT & y-pipe,SLP Dual center exhaust,cut-out,tuning SUSPENSION Chromoly k-member, Chromoly adjustable upper and lower a-arms,koni s-adj,Eibach sport springs,Wilwood brakes,SB,BSK,TA,TAB,SFC,PHB,ST,18x9.5&18x10.5, Nittos

Yeah right
at 1538xx miles my city mpg is 10-11 . Highway mileage is unsure because I don't do long trips so often but my guess is 19-20 mpg max. I'm an a4 and stock by the way.

you do make sure to turn off the wet shot while your driving around right

I've never gone past 260 before filling up and that was today. I was on E... Check gages light was on for about the last ten miles.
I don't do a lot of highway driving though.

My overall average after 61K miles is about 18.5 MPG
I once got 28.5 MPG driving between Reno and Salt Lake City. The cruise was set to 85 and the A/C was on.
Anyone know how to attach a PS or PDF file?Cheers,

Before my car started running like shit it got around 26mpg. Lately its been giving me 50 miles for ever quarter line. Fill up.... by 3/4 ive gone 50 miles, half tank a 100 miles. Fiance filled it up this weekend and it went a little over 75 miles by time it hit the 3/4 mark. I have plugs/wire to put on but waiting for my headers to arrive.

How in the world are you only getting 10-11 mpg stock? I'm an A4 as well, and I get 19-20 in the city, 28mpg on the highway.

i think the sticker has our cars listed at 19city 27highway....i watch it pretty close and usually am right there on both but i never turn off the ac and never drive 55 (i doubt epa tests at 75 with Ac). wholly crap come to think of it...put her in 6th and cruise at 55...might go 30+
