Hmmmmmm..You might have a good chance of taking him out...if you ask him to start in 3rd gear. Oh, and not use the squeeze. Although if you have that strutbar in place, you might keep up with him. Just givin' ya s#@t. He'll probably beat you because of the 'charger, and those gears, plus that 50 shot is the icing on the cake my friend. Not to mention you don't have a stall, and he's running a M5, he's going to fly off the line if he knows how to drive. He'll be in his powerband the entire 1/4 mile with 4:10's while your car will be going buaaaaaaaaaaaaa, buaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, buaaaaaaaaaaaaaa a.

mustangs dont take add ons very well, trust me i was a big ford fan......but i have seen the light. You will need some gears and need to free up some power, LTs under drives, quick tune. Or just a F&ck load of NO2

Listen if he has drag radials, nos and that charger your gonna need alot more power. With all those mods combined that could be an 11 second car

Maybe if he had those mods on a 5.0L but definitely not the 4.6. Ford mod motors are notorious for rejecting "implants". The charger will maybe give him +100hp...maybe. I'd predict that car to run between 12.50~13.0 in the 1/4.
And if your buddy wants to run nitrous and boost through a stock block 4.6L Ford, tell him he has my permission.

get some spray and tell him to do a freeway run start at like 90 or 100 but on the 1/4 there right you'll need some work start with a stall the other mods up to you but if your low on cash the spray will be cheaper.

Actually the mod motors love to be supercharged. It will matter more on what type of S/c he has. If it is Kenne Bell it will run better low-mid range, the Vortech/Procharger/Paxton S/Cs do better on top end, slightly last time I checked.
Mod motors shouldn't be pushed past 425-450 hp, and their intakes [ 2v specific ] have been known to fail with nitrous use....but most inntakes will fail with a backfire

At 7#, the GT should make around 380 rwhp assuming he has the other supporting mods. That should be more than enough to take you if he is a good driver. As if that wasn't enough, the 50 shot is really icing on the cake.
In order to win the race, you could try the following:
1. You could slap in a stall, gears and DR.
2. A 150 shot of N20.
3. Hope that his car breaks down during the run2002 Camaro SS M6, 2.5 PRC 5.3L heads, TFS 228/230 cam, FAST 92, bolt ons + a 10 lb bottle in the back.
1989 Corvette L98, A4, Full bolt ons, etc.

Fords hate mods, but they love tunes. You can tune the engine forward, backwards, sideways, upside down and then back again to gain more power. A S/C plus an excellent tune will push that car past you easily.

Lol i have friends with supercharger setups running 8psi on a 4.6liter with all bolt ons including intake manifold and drag radials, he runs 11s. I dont know why you think a 370rwhp cant do 11s. It can, but yes most likly it will be a low to mid 12 second car if he can drive a bit. With just exhaust he ran a 13.7 on street tires. I cant believe you are so ignorant to think a blown sprayed stang will only be a high 12-13 flat car, maybe with street tires, but if he has drag radials or slicks its gonna be a 11 second car

Right but once you start getting close to 400rwhp its hard to do any kind of launch over 2krpms that wont spin your tires. When i had street tires on my supra with 517rwhp i could break them loose just by being in 3rd at 70 and flooring it, not reving it up and dropping the clutch just flooring it. thats with 315s on the rear.
