First Round on the track!!
O.k. guys I went to the track Wen. in my car. It was 92 degrees out with about 97% humidity (not the best track conditions). With a lid, gutted cats, exhaust and a tune I ran a 13.60 @104mph 1/4 ,, 2.1 60ft. 8.6 1/8 mile at 84mph.. I really couldn't launch with the stock converter. I could only get the rpms up to about 1300 while stagging before the tires would want to break lose. It would sorta lay over until about 3300rpms and then it would scream thru the rest of the 1/4 mile. Does this sound about right? I just ordered my headers and Y-pipe and will be picking up my converter on Monday.
