Electrical Exhaust Cutout or Loudmouth???

which one will sound better and hp gain or just better decision overall!!!

do both!! but more hp will be had from the cutout. Cutout is also a lot louder.

well i have teh dd slp from orignal so it sounds good sounds healthy ya know so i figure wit the cut out i should be fine i dunno used loudmouth for 250 or electirical cutout for 150 lol

If you already have the slp, then definitely go with the cutout. more hp +20 I believe with cutout.

More like +10 hp with a cutout. I have never witnessed anyone pick up 20 HP with a cutout.

Not a bad deal, but the SLP long tubes have major issues. Thats probably why you are getting it so cheap.

yeah, they tend to rub or hit the ground from what people have told me. But yeah, a damn good deal. Personally, I think they will annoy you after a week. The rubbing and whatnot.

I believe a guy in our club just picked up 2 or 3 hp with his cutout at our recent dyno day. He was putting down around 360 rwhp with his 98 TA. If you still have your stock manifolds, cats, y-pipe then the cutout probably won't help much at all. I'd keep the SLP DD exhaust and spend the money on the headers, 3" cats and y-pipe.

Well if you want HP gain the cutout will provide more HP than an Loudmouth. Personally I'm not a fan of the Loudmouth system I think that it is too raspy. That said I think you should go with the cutout. If you want sound you got it as well as some HP gain.
