Does any know how to get a window sticker

the first few responces will seem wierd to you all but this is the only way i can post for some reason i cant post right now but i can change my previous post and reply to other post pleas help i have a 98 z28. i drove to the store the other night and my car was running just fine but when i was driving the two blocks back home it started missing and was barely running by the time i got home. i could smell raw fuel and it threw a code saying multipule random missfires. ive checked a few things but still havent found the problem. does any one have any idea what could be going on any help would be greatly appreaciated

there is a thread about this somewhere.. but i think it was on ls1tech.com... search for window sticker replacement or something along those lines.. i believe they are like 60 bucks..

I had mine for one of my 69 Chevelle's. But, I was the second owner. Heh, I actually bought the car from a little old lady in Pasadena who sold it after her husband passed away

Other than that, I have no clue. I think if the original owner didn't keep paperwork that you won't have a lot of luck there

they had torn mine off my window when they were prepping my car for delivery... told them I wanted a new window sticker... so I just gave my VIN to my salesguy at the dealership... he made a call and a week later I had a new window sticker... $0.

they should be able to do a camaro also though. just get in touch with them.. if they cant.. they will point you in someones direction that can

Interesting post. Chevrolet was never very good about keeping records.

Pontiac is great in this respect,,,a simple call to Pontiac Historical Services got my window sticker as well as all sales brochures with original selling dealer etc....for my 70 Formula for a small fee. Too bad Chevrolet can't dig that deep. But I would think that with these 4th gens not being that old to begin with it would still be feesable for GM???? Even a small fee would be worth while.
