black em out

i wanna black my tail lights. I hear that covers are bad. are their any covers that will make them appear black and not just darkened (i want my lights BLACK) or is there a better cheaper way to do this... because every shop wants like $200-300 for em? any help??

i used it on my cobalt. works great. take the tail lights out, hang them up on a ladder or something... take a weekend thats sunny, and NOT windy, this stuff is really thin so when you spray them, start with LIGHT coats, and gradually get darker. can says dont go over like 3 coats but if they are pitch black at 3 coats, your putting it on way to heavy, and will have runs... hope this helps bro
