Badges delete
I decided to get rid of the front badges, because when I bought the car, the front left was half torn, so I evened them out. I left the rear one on so when I rape whoever I'm racing they know its not a 6 . But I was just curious, how many of you guys have done this, and if you have, how many people have made the dreadful mistake of thinking your car was a 6 cylinder?

my friend has a white formula and you could barely see the formula stickers so he gets into allot of races because people think its a 6 lol

Yeah, I took off all tZ28 badges, they didn't show up much, any way- black on black-
Seems like every idiot wants to race my car...? I usually won't race, but, if I do punch it, it usually isn't much of a race-

Yeah it just seems like people are gonna wanna mess with you more thinking they got the race in the bag. But I bet as soon as they hear it open up, they regret that decision. And 7camaro7, thats the exact situation I'm hoping for, haha.

I dont get enough races, maybe I need to strip mine down a little as well :P But anyone who knows anything about cars will know its the real deal if they just pull up along side and listen. The thing sounds like 2 gorillas wrestling in a box at a red light. I just got the car 2 weeks ago from a dealer that has no idea what all had been done to it, he didnt even know it had long tubes and and tubular suspension parts and subframe connectors on it. Whoever had it before me put a pretty radical cam in it, ide love to know the specs.

Mine came without badges or the fancy rear spoiler. But I dont think that it helps get me races though.
There have been people that I have stopped and talked to that still thought it was a v6 after looking pretty closely at it. Then found out that it was indeed a LS1.
I really like not having badges, sort of a sleeper Camaro.

Jetstream Blue Metallic- 2008 Z06 Corvette
Cracks me up when the "Rice boys" pull up next to me at a light and hear the cam through the Loud Mouth, and LT's. They must think..."Oh ...that's what a REAL motor's suppossed to sound like!!!" I have not had one try to race me yet.

Red- 2001 Camaro SS A4
I had an idea of just debadging the car and adding a cutout..that way wheneve someone wants to race you just open the cutout...thatll let them know its not a 6 ....and if they ask at the light whats in it..just tell them its a 6

White/Black- 1999 Z28
I bought my car without badging. I actually had some kid in a Jeep Grand Cherokee try to race me. When he finally caught up to me at the next light he proceeded to say "That's not really a v6, is it." And he looked very disappointed. Haven't had anything like that happen since I added the new stripes w/ "Z28" in them.

All of my badges were taken off when I bought the car. My car is too loud for them the mistake it. Also I have an SS ram air hood on it, so it sorta gives it away.

no one's ever tried to race me. I had to talk my friend with a '03 GT Mustang into racing. He said he knew he was going to lose. haha. I love being next to rice rockets at red lights too. they have the look of, "aw shit, my car's slow."
