Is there any price difference between a b4c & a regular Z28? & if there is would it lose any value if I would turn it to a ttop car?

There is no difference in the tune. Individual police departments may have dyno tuned them but from the factory all were basically hard top Z28's with heavy duty everything (hoses, belts alt, ps cooler, etc).
I'm not sure but may have 1LE brake components (part of the heavy duty stuff).67 Camaro: K-K + 797-z (look it up), 454/Th400/4.10 12-bolt = 6mpg, PS/PDB/PW tilt, tach, gauges...
2005 Corvette LS2/M6 Magnetic Red Metallic (What else would it be?) w/ Cashmere interior
2002 Z28: NBM/Tan, MTI smooth lid, smooth bellows, !AIR, !cats, 1-3/4" QTP SS LT's, 2-1/2" TD's with X-pipe, MagnaFlows dumped at axle, custom welded SFC's, MidWest Chassis body mount adjustable T/A, 3400 stall, 3.23 gears (was 2.73). Tuned: 343rwhp/357rwt (before TD's). Best: 12.559 @ 108+, 1.73 60' @ 3500' DA w/MT ET Street DR's.
Carbon footprint? CLOWN SHOE!

Out of curosity I'd like to see what it is you have that states other than a factory tune.
I have several friends that have 3rd and 4th gen B4C's and they all said that they were just your basic hardtop Z28 with regards to drivetrain and state of tune. Heavy duty everything though.
Like I stated, some police forces may have dyno tuned them.

ive got a 00 B4C and it is just a Z stripped from all badging, with heavy duty parts such as belts, alt, hoses, ps cooler and tranny cooler. My car does have the 1LE package with brakes and swaybars.

IIRC, all A4 B4C's have 3.23 rear gears.
