2002 Camaro SS build Number

Hello, I just purchased a '02 SS with 2200 miles on it. The seller didn't really know much about the car other than they wanted to sell it. Does anyone know how I can find my build #? I have been reading things here and there where people make that reference on their '02's. I also wanted to know how to get a GM build sheet.

For your build #, you can call SLP.. I believe the number I used is the number on this page:

You'll need the last 8? digits of your VIN, or something like that.

Anyways.. You can call SLP and get the build #. You need the last 8 digits of you VIN i believe.

I called SLP and got my build #. It is real easy, operator will pick up and just state that you want to find the production # of your SS. Mine was #303. Just my experience.

same here. wow 303?! mine is 1078 for 2002 and it was built in august of 01. yours must've been built in like april or something to get that low of a number.
