2001 camaro ss times ?

i need to know what a completly stock 2001 camaro ss runs in the 1/4.

Should be in the mid 13s. Depending upon driver and whether or not it's an
M6 or A4. They have been known to go as fast as high 12s stock but those cars are a rarity. Most are in the mid 13s stock.

i am not stock. here are my mods. and my best time so far. the reason i asked about times for a stock 2001 camaro ss is a guy at my work was bragging about how fast his is and someone said he should race me and he said he could take me. i tried looking on the net for stock times and couldn't find any so i came here. i have raced a few at our track but they were modded so i had no clue as to what they run stock.

stage 1 , aem sri,agp wga,mopar sts,3 in.dp with electric cutout,prothane race mm,ngk iridium plugs,mpx underdrive pulley,msd 8.5mm plug wires,quickwhips big intercooler, aem uego wideband,agp fuel return kit,dasmopar map clamp,fan switch mod,bfg g-force DRs. 13.11 @ 106.7

Yawn...it's still a 4 door SEDAN...like mommy used to drive you to school in when you were a little boy....boring, probably be a good car for my daughter to learn to drive in though...naaa, she doesn't like Dodge or Plymouths either.

keep in mind too that stock camaros are meaner from a roll than a dig, like in the quarter mile. Though this mostly concernes M6 cars because they are hard to effectively launch on street tires, and have longer stock gear ratios than your car.

the srt-4's are mean as can be and only 4 cylinders.......I raced one top end, only beat it by 2 cars.....last i looked at the the speedometer was going past 120 mph.....with your mods u would beat my car in the 1/4

I have no idea what most of that means. Hard to tell what mods you have. If you have a best time of 13.1 and can consitently run those times then this SS better have one damn good driver.

i usually run 13.8 at 103 or so but i have a convertible so a coupe is lighter so it should be a little quicker.

If he is completely stock you should take him. I'm surprised you are not running a little quicker with those mods.
