Mine are 18's, what do you think. Are these the type of rims you want?

how much did you pay for them and how wide are they

They are either 9.5" or 10" wide, I'm pretty sure its 9.5, when I bought the car, the guy was going to put the stock rims back on there, but I offered him and extra $300 to keep them. But I'm sure if you looked around you could find a great deal. I just bought a new set of black 17" ZR1's with drag radials on the back for $500

I have 17/18 combo and love how it looks and handles.

Jetstream Blue Metallic- 2008 Z06 Corvette
Here's my Camaro with 20's. I no longer own it, I bought the rims used from a friend of mine. They were 20" by 11.5" wide. I was running 305's all the way around. Yes they would rub, but only in hard cornering, even after much altering.
In retrospect, I would not have bought them, I would not recommend going any larger than 19 at the most, with 18 being the most desirable. Just my opinion.
People either loved them, or hated them, I got a lot of compliments on them, and a few people said they were too big.
I learned to hate them in time, but I sold the original rims.Last edited by Mr. Hyde; 12-24-2008 at 02:21 AM.

18's will fit they may rub a little
but the main thing is 18" tires are alot more expensive
just something to think about

Go with 19"s, only cost a little more and look way better!

My $.02 is that 18's are ideal for our cars (from an appearance standpoint). I still have the stock 17's on my car, however I will likely upgrade to the 18" C6 wheels in the future. I think most of the rims that are larger than 18" simply look too big on our cars.

2001 3.8 Black - sold- 2000 SS Black M6
mine are 17X9.5, i dont see 18 being a problem. the main reason i didnt go with 18's is because i couldnt find a set that was the same width front and back, and tire cost....i do a lot of driving.

I had 18x9.5 C5 Z06's all around. They look great in 18's. I have seen them in 17's and the Z06 wheels look to small.

18s look good and handle really well, too. I run 18x8 and 18x9, 35mm offset, no issues with rubbing.

i run 18 in front and 19 in back c6 rims on mine and the look great they give it a very aggressive stance and only rub when theres 3 or more people in the car, i also use bf goodrich kdw t/a 245/40/18 in front and 295/35/19 on back i love this setup
